How many levels of resistance are there?
There are 5 levels of resistance.
• Beginner – Resistance Level 1 or 2
• Intermediate – Resistance Level 3
• Advanced – Resistance Level 4 or 5


How do I adjust resistance?
To adjust the resistance level, hold onto tone handlebar to stabilize in the neutral position. Turn the knob on the resistance assembly to the left (or a counter-clockwise direction) several times to loosen.  Once loosened, pull out the spring-loaded knob which will pull back the locking pin from the hole.  Slide the mechanism up or down to the desired settings. Release the knob making sure the locking pin slides into the hole at the setting you want. (Lightest resistance setting is at the top of the bar and highest resistance is at the bottom.) Turn the knob on the resistance assembly to the right (or in a clockwise direction) several times until tight.


What is the weight limit?
The Solution will support up to 325 lbs.


What are the height guide lines?
The Solution is perfect for mostly everyone, ranging in height from 4’11” to 6’4” tall.


What general maintenance is required?
Make sure the resistance mechanism is locked in place before using the product and routinely check bolts to ensure they are tightened securely.


What workouts are included on The Solution DVD?
The DVD includes Mario’s 2-Minute Ab Shredder, plus four bonus 2-minute workouts: Firm & Flat, Power Abs, Quick Burn, and Rock Hard Abs.

Return Policy
